Fiona Hayden Counselling
I have trained as a counsellor for four years and have many life experiences which I believe helps others to feel understood, heard and empowered. I have practised for over three years and I have learnt often in life we don't have enough time and space to reflect and that is when we can feel out of balance. I offer a compassionate non-judgmental space to help you to recover and become more in touch with your true inner self.
I have worked with many issues including but not limited to Addictions, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, stress, single parenting difficulties, ASD issues, grief, self harming, abuse, sexuality and rape. I work in an integrative person centred approach. I am passionate about mental health problems and i hope to help raise awareness to those struggling. I have a personal insight into ASD and ADHD which enables me to effectively work with the difficulties and challenges faced.
I have over 850 clinical hours experience and I am currently going through the accreditation process.
So whatever your difficulty please feel free to get in touch and start the journey of self enlightenment.
